Level: Soph, Jr Elective/Sr may enroll with consent of instructor

Students will learn about the career opportunities and skills
required in the various construction trades associated with home
construction. Emphasis will be placed on learning about the types
and applications of construction materials, techniques for building
foundations, floors, walls, roofs, and electrical systems. Students
will build small and full-scale floors, decks, walls and roofs in the
lab to learn how to build residential structures as well as wiring
basic electrical circuits commonly found in buildings.
