Building Trades II (4 terms, 2 credits)
Prerequisite: Building Trades I or consent of instructor
Level: Jr, Sr Elective

Building Trades II will allow you to further develop and refine your construction skills. Residential construction from pouring
foundations to framing and interior/exterior finish work will provide
you with the practical experience and skills required by the building trades industry. Information concerning site selections, design,
and material will be shared with you. You will be required to: (1)
Provide and maintain typical carpentry hand tools; (2) Provide
and maintain required safety equipment; (3) Enroll in the class for
a full year; and (4) Provide daily transportation to and from site.
